Danny Mulcahy is Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Kal Tire, where he leads global information systems strategy, technology operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. With more than 25 years of experience, he is recognized as a business-focused technology leader who aligns innovation with practical operational outcomes across complex,
multi-site organizations.

Before joining Kal Tire, Danny held senior technology leadership roles at Tim Hortons and Canadian Tire, leading large-scale transformation across restaurant, retail, and commercial operations. His work has included modernizing core systems, strengthening cybersecurity and data capabilities, and building high-performing teams that improve resilience, governance, and business performance. Grounded in a strong understanding of frontline operations, Danny believes technology should enable the business in practical, measurable ways. Originally from Alberta, he now lives in Vernon, British Columbia with his wife and teenage daughter, and enjoys skiing and mountain biking.
