John Hill

Background

John is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital, information technology and engineering from a variety of roles within the energy and telecom industries. John’s career has been focused on thought leadership and driving strategic outcomes through information and communications technology within highly competitive and dynamic industries. John has a very pragmatic leadership style with the ability to create and lead high performance teams in supporting key corporate strategies. Respected for a wide range of business and technology knowledge and an accomplished presenter with a passion for innovation, vision and industry trends. John thrives on driving simplification in the technology conversation to drive results.
John is a Professional Engineer and long-standing member of APEGA. He is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan in Electrical Engineering and currently resides in Calgary. John and his wife are owners of a mixed farming operation in southern Saskatchewan and spend most of their free time at the farm or their lake property in Mara Lake, BC.
